Our International Department offers you a variety of personalized services. One of which is a hand carried/escort service. This will allow for a member of our experienced staff to handle your freight from door-to-door. We have the capability to consolidate your material in our 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility. Q AIR, inc. also offers direct shipments from anywhere in the USA. We can receive, expedite, pick, pack, and forward your shipment to any destination worldwide.

CONSOLIDATIONS

• Customer faxes Q AIR, inc. a copy of the purchase order to supplier.
•  Q AIR, inc. will expedite the shipment, and fax up to date status
• Document preparation will be handled upon receipt of material
• All material will be packed and crated in our warehouse
• Each item will be labeled with the proper purchase order number
• Material is sent via air or ocean to destination
• A fax is sent to you immediately upon shipment which consists of:
• Commercial Invoice
• Certificate of Origin
• Shippers Export Declaration (if required)
• Copy of Airway Bill
• ETA
• Original documents will be sent with shipment or via courier.
